我们非常荣幸地在此向大家正式公布今年的全国公开赛将首次在南方的深圳举行，为期两天5月18-19日。
It brings us pleasure to officially announce that 2013 China Nationals will be in Shenzhen on May 18-19.
报名信息Registration Information
请仔细阅读附件有关今年全国公开赛的报名表。队伍提前报名的截止日期为5月1日，提前登记的优惠以邮件形式的登记信息和队伍报名费用的有效汇款为准。请严格依照附件报名表格填写（切勿改动格式或公式）。所有在5月1日之后确定报名的队员须额外缴纳30元的报名费。
Attached, please find the registration form for this year’s China Nationals. The early-bird team registration deadline is May 1. You must email your registration info and wire in your money by that date to get the early-bird price. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE SPREADSHEET (and don’t change the columns or formulas). Any player who is not accounted for by May 1 will have to pay an extra 30 RMB.

队伍报名的最终截止日期为5月11日，而个人报名的截至日期为5月17日（周五）。我们也特别提醒以个人方式参赛的盘友，请尽早与我们联系以便为你妥善安排参赛队伍。
The final team deadline is May 11. We will accept individual player registration up until Friday, May 17, but those who are hoping to pick up with a team are advised to let us know early.
与此同时，请尽快与我们确认你和你的队伍是否会来参赛，尤其是今年首次参赛的队伍们和盘友们！
In the meantime, please give us an indication whether your team is planning to come, especially if you’re new to China Nationals!
退款声明/Refund Declaration：
5月1日前（不包含5月1日）申请退出比赛的个人或团体，可退已付款项的80%；5月1日后（包含5月1日)申请退出比赛的个人或者团体，不退还已付款项，请谅解。
The individual or team who quits before May 1st (excluding May 1st) can get 80% refund of the amount paid. Please understand that individual or team who quits on or after May 1st will not able to get refund.
场地信息/Field Information：
本次赛事将采用深圳市喜地根深湾足球场，该场位于深圳南山区深湾一路10号，是2011年大运会的射箭场，深湾一路以东与滨海大道以北的交汇处，交通便捷，环境优美，拥有上百个停车位。全天然运动草坪，草种采用优质的杂交结缕草—兰引3号草。场地有专人管理，平整度好，脚感好，有弹性，达到专业训练场水平。共有8个标准大场、其中三个大场配有夜间灯光设备。
This year China Nationals will be held on the Nanshan Xidigen Field, which is located at 10 Shenwan 1st Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen. As the 2011 Universiade Field of Archery, it has convenient transportation options and a beautiful environment. It is on the intersection of east of Shenwan 1st Road and north of Binhai Avenue, with lots of parking spaces. The turf is all-natural, a hybrid Zoysia – Lanyin grass which gets cared for frequently, feels great and reaches the level of a professional training field. Amongst a total of 8 standard fields, there are 3 equipped with lighting fixtures.

喜地根足球场交通便利，在地铁2号线红树湾站附近，无论是飞机、火车、轮船、汽车均可换乘地铁到达，我们建议您搭乘地铁过来。
Nanshan Xidigen field location is very convenient. We recommend that you take the subway, as it is near the Hongshuwan Subway Station.

| 从蛇口码头入境/Shekou Port | 从蛇口码头下船后可以搭乘地铁2号线（蛇口线）往新秀方向，在“红树湾站”下车。Those who are arriving from Shekou Port can take the Line 2(Shekou Line) to Hongshuwan Station. |
如下图所示，红树湾A出口出来，左转进入深湾一路，直行到滨海大道时就可以看到入口。
As shown below, upon leaving exit A, you should turn left into Shenwan 1st Road and go straight till the Binhai Avenue, and the entrance is on your left.
当然，您也可以乘坐的士前来，深圳的士起步价10元（2公里），燃油附加费3元，2.6元/公里，最多乘坐4名乘客。
You can also come by a taxi, the flag-down fare of Shenzhen’s taxis is 10 yuan for the first 2 kms, you also have to pay an extra 3 yuan fuel surcharge, and it is 2.6 yuan / km after that. Every taxi can take at most four passengers.
