本月的23、24日两天，让人期待已久的Shenzhen Hat就要开始了。深圳飞盘协会已经基本敲定筹备工作，现通知如下：

Hello everyone，

The widely anticipated Shenzhen Hat is coming on 23 and 24 this month. All the preparations have finished yet, and here is the notice from SZFDF of Shenzhen Hat.

1、付款信息:

1、PAYMENT:

报名费用:只接受汇款。

工作人士每人RMB300.00（HKD375.00 or USD48.50），学生RMB250.00（HKD312.50 or USD40.50）。

A.Registration fees : only remittance is accepted.

non-student price is HKD375.00 or USD48.50（RMB300.00）, student price is HKD312.50 or USD40.50（RMB250.00）;

A、住宿：场地远离市中心，住宿、交通不是很方便。为解决住宿、交通不方便问题，协会会提前预定一些房间,。条件设施优越，有大巴免费接送到场地，具体条件可以参见附件图片。房型有两床和大床（双人床）两种供选择，两床房间拼房每人每晚RMB100.00 (HKD125.00 or USD16.20)，大床房间每晚RMB200 (HKD250.00 or USD32.40 )。周六的免费晚餐会在此酒店举行，晚餐后去party的巴士也从酒店出发。如果你需要帮你预定酒店，为方便统计，请本月15号前一并汇款，并回复本邮箱说明所选的房间类别和住宿时间。

B. Accommodation: The fields are far away from the downtown, so it is not easy to find a taxi or hotel. For your convenience, we will book rooms for you in advance. You can see the picture of the hotel on the attached and free shuttle bus service is provided from the hotel to the playing fields. Big twin-bed room and two beds room are for your choice. Price of two bed room is HKD125.00 or USD16.20 (RMB100.00) per person per night, and price of one big twin-bed room is HKD250.00 or USD32.40 (RMB200) per night . On Saturday we will have dinner (free for every players) in this hotel，and take bus from the hotel to the place for party. If you need the reservation, please remit the total sum to us before March 15th and reply this email telling us the which room you choose and how long you live, so we could book suitable rooms for you.

稍后我们会邮件送上本次赛事的指引手册，你可以找到关于场地、交通、party主题、酒店信息及所运用规则。比赛将在24号（周日）下午5点结束，请大家合理安排行程。

The guiding book related to the Shenzhen Hat will be emailed to you later, you can find information about the fields，transportation, theme of the party, details about hotel and the rule on the field. The game will come to the end at 17:00 on March 24th, please arrange your trip accordingly.

3.优惠券

去年参加Shenzhen Hat所获得的优惠券可以带过来，凭券享受优惠。

3. Coupons

The players who had joined The 2012 Shenzhen Hat and received coupons can bring the coupons to us. We will give you discount on the fees according to the coupons.

中国第一届女子赛目前收到20多份报名表，将于22日下午3点在大运中心举行。欢迎围观O(∩_∩)O。——已取消

4. Women’s Ultimate ——It was already canceled

At the moment, we have already received more than 20 registrations for the women’s ultimate. So, the most unique feature of the Hat in this year is that we will hold The First Women’s Ultimate in China at 15:00 o’clock on March 22th. Welcome to enjoy the game!
