HKUPA’s annual Beach Hat Tournament returns! This year’s event will be held at Discovery Bay, just a ferry ride away from Central.

This is a one day 4-on-4 beach tournament held on the 31^st August (Saturday) with an epic afterparty at a Mexican restaurant right next to the beach that evening. We have increased the capacity to 100 players split into 8 or 10 teams. 20 spaces are reserved for beginners so encourage your friends to join. We strongly recommend they also attend one of our HKUPA events before the tournament to learnt the basics first. Tournament fees:
Player Fee: $160 for HKUPA members, $180 for non-members

You can pay via bank transfer to HSBC (HK), handing cash at HKUPA events or through paypal on the registration page. (See details on registration page) Those who have not registered and paid by the 13^th August (Tuesday) will risk losing their place to short-listed players.

For overseas visitors, unfortunately Discovery Bay is a private beach, so we cannot camp there. However, it is only a 25 minute ferry away from Central, so we recommend finding a place to crash in the city and making your way there on Saturday morning.

香港飛盤總會一年一度的沙灘飛盤“帽子”競賽再次來臨！今年的比賽會在愉景灣舉行，從中環乘輪船可以直達目的地。

舉辦日期是8月31日（星期六）。比賽格局為四對四沙灘飛盤錦標賽，而將會持續一整天。賽後會在沙灘旁的墨西哥餐廳舉辦大型的排隊。總會把人數限制增加到一百人，分成八或十隊。其中二十個位子專留給初學者，因此請積極邀請朋友參加。並且我們強烈鼓勵初學者先參與我們總會的其他活動，好好學上基本技巧。請到www.hkupa.com 參考活動日曆和留意總會的facebook通知宣傳沙灘活動。

參加者可以通過匯豐銀行（香港）轉賬，在總會活動手遞現金或通過報名網站paypal付款。 (詳細請參考報名網頁）。未於在8月13日前付款的參加者的位置有可能被短名單中的人取代。 

海外旅客注意：因為愉景灣的沙灘是私人擁有的，我們不能露營過夜。可是愉景灣只離中環25分鐘，我們建議找個地方在市中心住宿然後星期六早上才坐船去比賽。
